Licensee salvage plans for this area have not been identified yet.  These plans are expected sometime in April, when RAH will meet with licensee to review FFT opportunities.

This fire is within TFL 23.  There are no FFT opportunities here.

Surveys and assessments have been completed for the FG plantations destroyed by the fire.  308K seedlings have been requested for Spring 2009 planting.   Contracts for tree planting and danger tree assessing/falling for Spring 2009 will be tendered in the Fall of 2008.
Licensee salvage plans have been made and FFT survey plans are being made to incorporate the salvage activities. 
Activities in the Pend O’Reille area scheduled for 2008 include:  mechanical site preparation of a small area; assessments and surveys of remaining FFT potential ground and layout/GPS of areas planned for Spring 2009 planting.
First Nations information sharing for 2008 projects has been completed.
