Program Management Plan

The program management plan provides guidance to ensure that Forests for Tomorrow is implemented economically, efficiently, and effectively in a results-based management framework. The program management plan:

• clarifies the strategic context for Forests for Tomorrow;
• Sets out the program’s goal, objectives, guiding principles, and priorities;
• Identifies key affiliated programs to which linkages are critical;
• Outlines program planning, evaluation, and reporting; and
• Commits to a process of ensuring an appropriate return on investment on program expenditures.
