The following forms are to be filled out by FFT recipients when conducting an adaptive management trial.

The project description is designed to capture the essentials  of a study's design.  Key objectives, study locations, study design, etc are all explicitly documented.  The information is basic to planning a project and to interpreting data collected.  This document will be reviewed by FPB and approved before project starts, then revised as any alterations occur in the field and as the study progresses

AM Project Description (Doc)

The meta-data form documents the details of data files used in an AM trial so that information is clearly described and researchers or managers looking at the study and information afterwards can interpret the columns and rows of all files and know the basic of the data organization.  It ensures enough information is known about the project to interpret the data.  This form would be filled out at the end of data collection, when the project data is submitted.
