Return on Investment
To be eligible for FFT funding the prescribed regime of treatments must meet the FFT return on investment criteria. A 2% rate of Return on Investment is employed to balance the economic return of reforestation investments with future timber supply and other resource values and objectives. Variation to levels between 0 and 2% will be utilized when benefits to timber supply or other resource values reflect a higher social priority.

If you have Microsoft Office 2007 Standard, be sure to download and install Microsoft Service Pack 2.
It appears that the template runs fine on computers with Microsoft Office 2007 Professional, but not on Microsoft Office 2007 Standard. Even though all other aspects seem to be the same, the standard version does not seem to be able to run the macros etc. It appears that Microsoft has dumped some of the functionality out of Microsoft Office 2007 Excel Standard.
If the error messages you are getting indicate that it can’t find libraries, that the economic table outputs are wrong, it doesn’t prompt to resave file etc. It appears that to run with Microsoft Office 2007 standard you will need Service Pack 2. The service pack is free from Microsoft downloads web site.Bottom line, it works fine on Microsoft office 2007 professional (if macros have been enabled and the analysis toolpak has been added in). And if you have Microsoft Office 2007 Standard, be sure to download and install Microsoft Service Pack 2.
